How to put on the OmegaFlex Open Ring
Six simple steps from prep to clean-up. The patented open design makes the OmegaFlex one of the easiest wellness rings on the market — both to put on and to take off, even when fully erect.

Prepare
Wash the ring and your hands. A drop of water-based lubricant on the inside of each arm makes application effortless.
- Rinse the ring with warm water and mild soap, then pat dry.
- Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the inside curve of each arm.
- Avoid silicone-based lubricants — they can degrade the medical-grade finish over time.

Position the open side facing up
Hold the ring so the open gap faces upward and the curved arms cup the underside. The notched ends always sit closest to the body.
- Identify the two short arms with the small retention nodes — those are the inner ends.
- The smooth curved bridge sits underneath, the open gap stays on top.
- You can do this fully or partially erect; the open design works in both states.

Slide it on at the base
Gently guide the open ring around the base, sliding the arms inward until the retention nodes settle into place behind the shaft.
- Approach from the front — the open top makes this much easier than a closed ring.
- Ease the arms in one at a time if you prefer; no need to stretch the device.
- Stop as soon as the nodes seat naturally — never force it deeper.

Check the fit
A correct fit feels secure but never tight. Skin tone should stay normal and you should feel firm, comfortable support — not pinching or numbness.
- Skin around and beyond the ring should remain its normal color.
- You should be able to slip a fingertip beneath the curved bridge without forcing it.
- If you feel any sharp pressure, tingling, or coolness, remove and reposition.

Remove when finished
When you're done, simply lift the bridge away from the body and ease the arms back out the way they went in. Removal is easy in any state.
- Reverse the application: lift the open side up first, then ease the arms outward.
- Recommended maximum continuous wear: 30 minutes, in line with general wellness-device guidance.
- Take the ring off immediately if you notice numbness, discoloration, or discomfort.

Clean and store
Rinse with warm water and mild soap after every use, air dry, and store in the discreet pouch it ships in.
- No harsh chemicals or alcohol — warm water and gentle soap are all you need.
- Air-dry on a clean cloth; do not boil or microwave.
- Store dry in the included pouch, away from direct sunlight.
First-time tips
- Try the ring relaxed first to learn the orientation before using it during intimacy.
- Most men find the standard size fits comfortably; if it slides off, the larger size is included for an easy swap.
- A little water-based lubricant on the arms goes a long way — far easier than dry application.
When to remove
- Any numbness, tingling, or coolness — remove immediately.
- Visible discoloration of skin around or beyond the ring.
- Continuous wear longer than 30 minutes at a time.
